Published rates are for a minimum of 100 participants (corporate gathering volume). For groups under 100 we are still happy to help, with the per-person rate adjusted. There is no maximum: we regularly handle gatherings of 200–500 participants in Trawas using a combination of venues (for example, the Royal Hotel plus Alas Veenuz).

Yes. For divisional teams, communities or extended families of 20–50 participants, we put together a custom package with smaller venues (pine forest, camping ground, villa). The per-person rate is around 15–30% above the published rate because fixed components such as instructors and equipment are shared among fewer participants. The programme and safety standards are the same as for corporate packages.

Trawas is in Mojokerto, about 1 hour from Surabaya via the Pandaan toll road. Access is very easy: leave the toll road at the Pandaan/Pasuruan exit, then drive straight on for 30 minutes. From Malang it is ~1.5 hours via the Pacet route, and from Tretes ~30 minutes. Juanda Airport in Surabaya is 1 hour 15 minutes away in normal traffic.

For gatherings of 100+ people we recommend a combination of venues: Royal Hotel Trawas or Duyung Hill as the accommodation base, plus Alas Veenuz or Obech for outdoor team building. Glamping is also available for medium-sized groups (50–80 people) with an exclusive feel.

April–October is ideal: the weather is relatively dry, trekking paths are safe and outdoor activities run smoothly. November–February is the rainy season, with frequent heavy rain in the afternoon and evening; events still go ahead, but plan a flexible rundown with indoor options. May–August is also peak season because of the many corporate gatherings, so book at least 30 days ahead.
