Yes. The Game Master, facilitators, MC and Liaison Officers all work bilingually, and briefings, run sheets and the post-event report are in English. Mixed groups of Indonesian and international staff are the case we design for, not an exception.

Yes. The Yogyakarta packages are all-in per person: hotel, chartered coach, meals during the itinerary, entrance tickets to the sites named, the full crew and edited documentation. What sits outside the figure is flights and train tickets, plus anything listed in the "quoted separately" column of the inclusions table above.

There are four routes in. Fly into Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) directly; connect through Jakarta; take an executive train from Jakarta or Surabaya into Tugu station; or come overland by chartered coach on the Trans-Java toll, which is what most groups from Malang and Surabaya do. The published rate assumes the coach; if your group flies or takes the train, tell us and we re-quote the ground transport around that.

The 3D2N is the standard annual company trip: Borobudur, the VW Safari convoy, a full team building session and a gala dinner, all based in a Malioboro-area hotel. The 4D2N adds the Dieng Plateau at the front of the itinerary, which means a night spent travelling on the coach, a pre-dawn start and a sunrise at 2,300 metres, before the group drops back into Yogyakarta for the jeep convoy and the team building session. The gathering is easier; the expedition is more memorable.

Forty participants. There is no upper limit that matters in practice: hotel and coach supply in Yogyakarta is the deepest in Java, and we have quoted a 605-participant family gathering here across two batches. Above roughly 300 we usually recommend splitting into batches rather than stretching one run sheet.

Yes, both are close enough to slot in. Prambanan is about thirty minutes east of the city, and the Merapi jeep Lava Tour runs on the southern slopes about forty minutes north: four people per jeep, a convoy of ten to fifty units, five stops and a water crossing at the end. We can run the Lava Tour as a straight tour or score it as an inter-team challenge. Both are quoted on top of the package rate because ticket and vehicle costs scale with headcount.

It needs thinking about. Sikunir means a pre-dawn start, a short but steep walk, and temperatures that drop close to freezing at 2,300 metres. Plenty of mixed family groups do it happily, but tell us the age range in advance. Participants who would rather not climb can wait at Telaga Cebong below, which has its own view of the sunrise, and rejoin the group for Kawah Sikidang and the Arjuna temples afterwards.

Rates are quoted and invoiced in Indonesian Rupiah. A 30% deposit secures your date, and the balance is settled no later than three days before departure. Tell us what else your finance team needs (invoicing entity, payment method, timing) when you enquire, and we will confirm the terms in writing before anything is committed.

Rain ponchos are included and most of the itinerary continues, because Java's rain tends to come as afternoon showers rather than washouts. Borobudur, the temples and the city stops run in any weather. Where an outdoor session genuinely cannot run safely, we move it under cover or swap in an alternative rather than cancelling the day, and the decision sits with the Game Master on site.

Most groups confirm somewhere between a few weeks and a few months ahead. The constraint is usually accommodation rather than our crew: Malioboro-area hotels fill up at weekends, around Idul Fitri and through the school holidays, and once a preferred property is gone the shape of the trip changes. If your dates are fixed, talk to us early even if the headcount is not final yet.

Yes. One-day and two-day formats work well when the group is already in Yogyakarta, or when the programme is being attached to a conference, a training block or an office visit. What changes is the number of signature activities you can fit, not the standard of delivery. Tell us the window you have and we will build to it.

Yes. Halal catering is the default across Indonesia, so it needs no special arrangement. Vegetarian, vegan, allergy and other specific requirements are straightforward as well, provided we know the numbers before we confirm the catering order. Send the list with your headcount rather than on the day.

That is the normal way we work. The activity list on this page is a starting point, not a fixed menu. Tell us what the programme is meant to achieve, whether that is integrating a newly merged team, onboarding a cohort of new hires, or working on a specific set of company values, and the Game Master designs the sessions and the debrief around it. The post-event report is written against those objectives.

Every high-adrenaline activity opens with a safety briefing before anyone takes part. River tubing runs with helmets, life jackets and river guides. Jeep and VW convoys run with briefed drivers and a marshal vehicle. On the Wonosobo–Dieng road we change to dedicated shuttles because large coaches are not permitted up there, and that is a rule we follow rather than negotiate. The Game Master has the authority to stop or swap an activity on site. If your company requires specific insurance cover or documentation, tell us at the enquiry stage and we will confirm in writing what is in place before you commit.
